Return and refund policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to hello@4u1.eu. The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day we received the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing the order. There are no fees for the refund.
Return Policy:
Please make sure the merchandise has the following characteristics to be eligible for return: - The merchandise was purchased within the last 30 days; - The merchandise is in its original packaging. Return of goods is excluded in the following cases: - In case of delivery of goods made according to customer specifications; - In the case of delivery of goods that are not suitable for return, such as perishable goods or goods whose expiration date has passed; - For the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery; - For the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods that do not meet the return conditions listed above or for which return is excluded.
Return of goods:
In the event of a return of goods, you assume the cost and risk of the return. Please send the goods to the following address: 4U1Store, Klimiont Illustration, Winterhuder Weg 59, 22085 Hamburg, Germany. We assume no liability for goods that are damaged or lost during return. We recommend that you use a postal service that provides insurance for the value of the goods and issues proof of shipment. No refund can be made without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of shipment.
Gifts:
If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the merchandise. The gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned product is received. If the merchandise was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
